报名对象：比赛时年满18周岁且具有1年以上餐饮及酒店工作经验的全职在职侍酒师或餐饮服务人员（国籍不限）均可报名

报名费用：无

比赛语言：英语

比赛范围：白酒、黄酒、啤酒、葡萄酒相关知识与服务

奖项设置：参赛者可获得酒节纪念品与参赛证书；冠亚季军将获得现金奖励和奖杯。

着装要求：决赛选手要求穿白衬衫、黑裤子及黑皮鞋，但应保证方便活动。

The Second Shanghai Wine Festival International Sommelier Challenge

Date: 15th December，2016

Location:  No.2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai, China(N1 Stadium).

Entry requirements:18 years old on December 15, 2016, working as a fulltime (and currently employed) Sommelier or Food and Beverage staff for over 1 year in F&B or hotel industry (All Nationality are welcome).

Exam Language:English

Exam contents :Chinese spirits, yellow wine, beer and grape wine

12:00 – 12:30       Announcement of 6 Finalists. Briefing of final rules and race route

12:30 - 14:00      Final (blind tasting and wine serving, open to public,3 for 1 group)

16:30                  Awarding ceremony, announcement of top 3

Prize：All the participants will receive a gift-pack from the Wine Festival and Certificate of participation.

Champion, 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up will get cash prizes and a trophy.

Dress Code: White shirt and Black trousers and black shoes.
